If you are
a council tenant you may be able
to buy the home you’re
living in under the government’s
Right to Buy scheme. To do this, you
need to be a secure tenant
- which means the home you’re
living in is yours to keep unless there
is a legal reason why your council
wants it back – and you’ll
need to have lived there for at least
two years.
