its running costs. Things to think
about include how much your Council
Tax bill will be, the cost of
the utilities bills, for example bigger
houses will cost more to heat and whether
you’ll
need a resident’s permit to park
your car. Your estate agent will be
able to help you with most of this
information and you can also ask the
people you’re buying from.
