If
you’re
buying from an online shop in this
country you have the same rights as
you do if you go into a shop and pay
for something over the counter (to

Rights and Responsibilities.
You
are also entitled to a few more things
including:
Clear information
about the goods you are buying.
Written
confirmation of your purchase,
which most companies send by email.
Something
called a ‘cooling
off’ period,
which lets you cancel your order
and get your money back without having
to give a reason.
A
full refund if your goods don’t
turn up by the date you agree or
within 30 days if you didn’t
agree a date.
